A woman in her lifetime plays multiple roles – a few being daughter, wife, mother, friend. While many women focus on delivering their responsibilities, they often overlook taking care of themselves. While a moderate physical exercise is recommended to be healthy, the importance of healthy eating is many times underestimated.
