Ingredients:
Apple – ½ cut in 8 to 10 thin slices (50 gms)
Cinnamon – 1 stick (1 inch)
Drinking Water – 1 litre
Method:
- Take a litre of water in a glass jar
- Add this apple slices & cinnamon stick to the water, let it rest in the water for 2 to 3 hours (you can refrigerate it)
- You can refill the jar of water 3 to 4 times before throwing away the apples.
