Three Bean Salad is a salad that is full of flavours and high in protein and fibre. Beans such as rajma, chickpeas and black beans are tossed with vegetables to make this recipe healthy and delicious. It is a healthy wholesome salad and is a great addition to daily meals or parties or a lunch box. Along with the health benefits of being high in protein and fibre, this salad is easy to prepare and looks colourful and tempting.
Ingredients:
Boiled Rajma Beans – ½ cup
Boiled Kabuli Chana – ½ cup
Boiled Black Eyed Beans (Lobia) – ½ cup
Chopped Onion – 1 small
Chopped Tomato – 1 small
Chopped Cucumber – ½ cup
Chopped Capsicum – ½ cup
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Chaat Masala – ½ tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – To taste
Method:
- In a big bowl take combine all the above-mentioned beans and chopped vegetables.
- Add cumin powder, chaat masala, and lemon juice, salt and mix properly.
- Allow the flavours to blend.
- Garnish with coriander and serve.
